Possibly the most frequent question we get asked about the course is:
When will my weekly lessons arrive?
The short answer is: They will arrive ONCE per week.
The lessons are queued in the autoresponder at 7 day intervals from the day you signed up – so in theory: if you joined on a Monday, then you'd receive your weekly lessons on Monday. This will NOT always be the case though.
There are a variety of reasons why an email notification will not arrive EXACTLY every 7 days.
Some of these are down to our autoresponder (we use Aweber) side of things and some of them are down to your ISP.
So the bottom line is this:
Lessons won't always arrive on a specific day of the week.
They will arrive “approximately” every 7 days.
If you don't receive a lesson 48 hours after the time you expected it, certainly contact our support desk at www.laycocklimited.com/support/
Someone there will provide you with download instructions for any lesson you feel is 'missing', but, please do give it 48 hours from the "7 day" anniversary of your last lesson just to make sure any delivery issues (ie. Your ISP is having problems,etc.) before requesting support.
